Welcome to the official website of World Congress on Mechanical Engineering (WCME). The event is being organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), Bangladesh. The event will provide a platform to bring together expert academician, researchers, industrialists, practitioners and other related experts from home and abroad to share knowledge and experiences, which will promote intellectual and practical development in the field of Mechanical Engineering. The event will offer technical activities, including research/technical sessions, poster sessions, exhibitions, an industry track, a developers track etc. The main objectives of this event is to promote information of research and development on related topics and interchange updated scientific information among the expert researchers, developers, engineers, students and practitioners working worldwide. Prospective authors are invited to submit their original research works, which are not submitted or published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. You are welcome for participation in WCME and looking forward to seeing you at Rajshahi, Bangladesh.

About The Organisers

Department of Mechanical Engineering, RUET
The Department of Mechanical Engineering of RUET is the oldest department established in 1964. The Department offers Undergraduate (UG) and Post-graduate (Master and Ph.D.) programs. Currently, 180 students get admitted to the Undergraduate program (4 years duration) in every academic year. The Department also received a significant number of students in the Master's program (>30) and Ph.D. programs every year. Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology
Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), is a PhD granting, 2nd oldest public engineering and Technological Research University in Bangladesh offers quality education and research in the field of engineering and technology. The World Congress on Mechanical Engineering (WCME) Conference is going to be organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering of RUET cordially invite you to participate in the congress will be held on expected 24-26 June, 2027, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. It will bring great opportunities for both expert researchers and industrial communities from home and abroad to share their knowledge and experiences, which will promote intellectual and practical development in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Submission Details

All submission will be managed by CMT portal. Please use the template to prepare the submission file. Click here to download the manuscript template

Abstract Submission

To submit your abstract please follow the steps below:

• 1. Go to the link Click here
• 2. (a) Your user ID is your email address. If you use your email ID before in CMT and can not remember the password then simply recover your password by using the link. Password will send to your email address. Click here to Reset
• 2. (b) If you use your email ID before in CMT and you know the password, then simply login using email address and password. Click here to Login
• 2. (c) If you are new with CMT then you have to register your email and password. Click here to register
• 3. Now you have entered as an author and will see the Author Console Screen
• 4. Go to 'Create New Submission' at the left top corner
• 5. Select the track you want to submit, give information, upload file, answer the specific questions and Submit

Full Paper Submission

To submit your Full paper please follow the steps below:

• 1. Login the submission system as you have done before for your abstract and you will see the Author Console Screen with contents of your submission informations and file
• 2. Click on the 'Edit Submission' available at the right hand side on the Action column.
• 3.Go to Files option, remove your submitted file and then upload your current file.
• 4. Make sure your file name sequence like 'Full_Paper_ID_...doc'
• 5. When uploading complete then click on the 'save changes' at the bottom of the screen.
• 6. You will see the submission summary.
• 7. Back to author console, see the paper status and logout

Camera-Ready Submission

After receiving the revision notification from the congress/conference committee, the authors have to incorporate all reviewer comments while revising the manuscript.

• 1. Login the submission system as you have done before for your abstract/full paper and you will see the Author Console Screen with contents of your submission informations and file.
• 2. Click on the 'Create Camera ready Submission' available at the right hand side on the Action column is open for you.
• 3. Fill in the blanks, upload the file in both PDF and MS Word and Answer the additional questions.
• 4. Make sure your file name sequence will be as per following instruction
• 5. When uploading complete then click on the 'Submit' at the bottom of the screen.
• 6. You will see the uploaded files on the files column and now logout .
• For manuscript - PaperID_Surname_WCME2027 (For e.g. 82_Uddin_WCME2027)

Publication

All accepted and presented papers will be published in online. Selected high-quality papers may also be recommended for publication in indexed journals/proceedings and other recognized scientific outlets.
